To register and maintain an active Account on waze2, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:
Age Verification: waze2 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Account found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending review, and any winnings generated will be voided. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful.
Each eligible individual may register only one (1) Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts, duplicate registrations, or accounts registered under false identities are strictly prohibited and will be treated as violations of these Terms subject to immediate termination.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly update your Account profile should any of this information change.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, waze2 is required to verify the identity of the Account holder. You will be requested to submit one or more of the following documents:
waze2 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for ongoing verification purposes. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may have their withdrawal suspended until verification is completed.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. waze2 will never request your password through live chat, email, or any other channel. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility. You must notify waze2 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Access to and use of the waze2 Platform is granted to eligible Players on a personal, non-transferable, revocable, and limited basis. Typical processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow typically process within 1–3 business hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT TRC20) are typically confirmed within 15–60 minutes subject to blockchain network conditions.
waze2 does not accept deposits from third-party bank accounts or payment methods not registered in the Account holder's own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be held pending investigation.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by waze2 are subject to specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) is stated in the relevant promotional terms.
Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary: slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager; table games such as Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack typically contribute between 10% and 20%; certain game categories may contribute 0% and will be specified in the applicable promotion terms.
While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, the maximum permitted single wager is MYR 300 per bet or spin, unless a lower limit is specified in the promotion terms. Placing bets above this threshold while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit, as specified in each promotion. Unused bonus balances and incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry.
waze2 actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and coordinated play with other accounts. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended and all associated funds voided.
All bets placed on the waze2 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. By placing a bet, you acknowledge and accept these rules in full.
Sporting event results are determined based on the official result at the conclusion of regular time, unless otherwise stated. waze2 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome has been determined to have been affected by match-fixing, corruption, or other irregular circumstances. All odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets will not be altered after acceptance except in cases of manifest error.
All casino games available on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games represent theoretical long-term averages and are not guaranteed returns on any individual session. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk. Gambling inherently involves financial risk and the potential for loss. waze2 accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through normal gameplay.
Nothing in this clause limits waze2's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which waze2 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer protection law applicable in your country of residence.
In the event of a dispute relating to a specific transaction, bet, or account action, Players are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance. waze2 undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the Player may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the Platform's licensing authority.
waze2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or prominent in-Platform notice at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance subject to verification requirements.
